In 2000 after being informed that we had a $14K-$16K tax debt for the year, we were fortunate enough to have a dear friend refer us to Tina Cummins, CPA.
In shock....we contacted Tina to take a second look at our return. Tina is amazing...she is organized,detailed and possess an unbelievable knowledge of the tax system! Within a day, she was able to tell us that we needed to set up an "S Corp". Interesting enough, we were never told this by the CPA we had been paying for years! Within a short time Tina had our tax debt down to $3K!!!
